Tool to get out of bronze! Please vote! :)

The website seems to be very compatible with Lol as far as helping people that actually wants to get out of bronze. I think this website should be recognized because of the fact ive been in silver nearly gold for the last 4 years now -_-. I got 10 people signed up and he made me moderator of his forums already so I think it's legit. He just needs members to get it going.
