Xayah And Rakan Sweetheart skins idea

Well i have seen the new skins and they are cool, and me and my friend thaught of bying one eatch (me as rakan and him as xayah). After talking and looking at the skin i thaught '' Why dont Riot make so that you can buy one for yourself and gift the other to a friend as a deal'' this would be a cool way to sell the skins, and i think manny more would buy them.
