Name: Brimstone (obviously negotiable lol)

Fire Elemental concept.

Class: Melee; Tank

Resource: Heat - Champion gains heat from being in combat.

Passive: Everything is hot: AAs burn the enemy for (X) damage stacking up to 5 times.

Q: Flashburn; after a 1 second charge up he releases an AOE burst, all enemies within melee range take damage and are blinded, enemies within 15 yards that are facing the champion are also blinded. Scales with AP.

W: Thermodynamics: Passive; returns 1% to 5% of melee damage taken back to the attacker based on Heat level. Active; Consume built up Heat to create an aura around the champion that disintegrates all incoming projectiles, Duration based on amount of heat consumed. Loses the melee damage return while on CD.

E: Back Draft: When above 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% heat, activate to send out a thermal wave that travels 10, 20, 30, or 40 yards respectively dealing damage and pulling enemies caught in the draft towards the champion. Scales with AP.

R: Champion becomes an unstoppable typhoon of flame knocking up and dealing damage to enemies he comes in contact with. champions recently knocked up by this cannot be knocked up again. Scales with AP
