Also she already has an skin with golden particles: Arclight, so you'll have to change it a bit, but the concept is super nice.

It would be great if Riot continued this theme of "Star Guardians." I like the idea, and I love the blue/gold color choice. I think the weapon design is fantastic and is my favorite part about this. Those booties give me so much life.
My issues are is that the "onesie" look might not work on the game model (Too... much blue)? As a Sailor Moon fan, I feel like the Sailor Stars outfit theme might fit Vayne a lot better (and add a little more opportunity design wise). There's also the Heartseeker and Arclight skins, and this one appears to be kinda a cross between the two, but not as strong/unique theme wise (unique costume details, particle effects, even hairstyle).
Anyways, I think it's a great take and your drawing skills are undoubtedly good. I'd love to see your take on a Star Guardian Ashe or Diana :)
I wish the effects were more blue so that the colors aren't simiar to arclight vayne. Maybe blue like Cosmic Reaver Kass? Also I don't get what's happening in the 2nd in game pic. Nice artwork though!
