Hello, I am making this thread for idea's to improves the hextech crafting system. The following is what id like to discuss -Hextech only skins -Behavioral system -Ways to earn while being ineligible
Ok hextech only skins. With hextech the possibilies for skins to earn should be limitless so lets start with recommendations. Many people complain about certain champions not having enough skins while complaining others have to many. -hextech Yorik: hasn't recived any love in the skin department so why not hextech yorik he could glow blue have a gint socket wrench in stead of a shovel and his spirits could be energy spirits that glitter with electricity and when he ults the copy of him looks more robotic with gears cogs and the works -Hextech Zyra: instead of seed's she places circuts or a battery. Her ranged plant is a teslacoil the melee one is a mini robot(or a driller). when she ults or does her bind its a bunch of wires,cords, and electricity. Zyra herself could be a cyborg and look sorta terminator style
The behavioral system isn't perfect. In fact many people are being punished for behaviors that were reported months ago. To put it simply Riot doesn't have the staff to dedicate to rehabilitating all players so might I suggest a few simple things to help out. Step 1: Do a massive clear for all past discrepancies except for those who are banned. This will encourage players to try and resist the urge to cuss and scream at all players there fore making things a little less toxic. My reason also being some people have said "IDC I cant earn stuff anyway so ill say what I want and I don't have to bother trying" in many ways shapes and forms. step 2: For those who haven't learned or still treat others with disrespect might I suggest a different que for those people lets use a example such as "rehabilitation que". These games will be monitored by Riot employee's to make sure people are trying to rehabilitate themselves to make the game better. For those who still cant chat restrictions to be carried out by x number of games based on toxicity. step 3: Like in the tribunal system have the people decided on some people becoming rehabilitated. Have the players read thru chats of the past x amount of games and decided whether or not player "x" is making improvement. To help with such matters for each person you "Judge" you can be rewarded with ip and potentially rp. I only say reward since time is money and that's simply how the world works.
Ways to earn while still "unable to earn rewards". Ok being able to not earn rewards is frustrating especially since keys are super rare unless your a very good player. So I suggest a new tab called "Restricted loot". This tab is where all your rewards will go while being unable to earn so people can play at their very best and still be rewarded. Obviously the loot will only be available once your decided to be rehabilitated and a good player to be around. I know no one is perfect, but I myself have held back on playing any champion past level 4 since I will not earn rewards once I reach Destroyer level. The good side is I've had to play more diverse champions so now I understand a lot more about each one. The bad side is I will never become a expert on each champion since im handicapped to x amount of games before im lvl 4 with said champion. With the tab playes can go ahead and try and become experts of champions while earning rewards to prove they are good players, but you cant have the loot until you prove your a good human being by showing you actually have feelings for others instead of the flame for a bad game.
