Coyan, The Blades Bane

Hello, my name is Coyan (yes, I used my real name for the champion as well) and well, a few years ago I made this same champ, bu I screwed up royally with his stats and abilities, so after some balancing here's round 2 :D (If anything seems to be op please tell me so I can edit it)

Name: Coyan - The Blade's Bane Alliance: Noxus Gender: Male Race: Human Weapons: 1 Sheathed Sword/Sword + Sheath Main Hand: Left Role: AD - Assassin, Fighter Stats: Health: 400 (+20 per level) Health Regeneration: 1.5 (+.45) Energy: 200 (+0) Energy Regeneration: 5 (+0) Attack Damage: 60 (+5) Ability Power: 0 (+0) Attack Speed: 0.46 (+.03) Armor: 40 (+1.4) Magic Resistance: 35 (+1) Movement Speed: 330 Range: 200 (Melee) (I have no idea how the range stuff works)

Abilities:

Passive- Feed off Their Adrenalin: With every champion kill Coyan's energy regeneration is increased by .5 and assists give .4, energy regeneration caps out when he has 10 extra Energy regeneration (20 kills/25 assists)

Q- Into the Shadows: Coyan goes into stealth Cast: 3/3.5/2/2.5/2 seconds (can cast while moving, can take damage with no repercussions) For: 4/5/6/7/8 seconds Cost: 40/45/50/55/60 energy Cool Down: 15/13/11/9/7 seconds

W- Hilt Strike/Quick Slash: Coyan strikes his enemy with the hilt of his blade then hits them with his sword -Quick Slash much be casted within 1/1.3/1.6/1.9/2.2 seconds of Hilt strike Range: same as current auto attack range Hilt Strike Damage: 25% AD + 20/40/60/80/100 Hilt Strike Cost: 25/30/35/40/45 Energy Quick Strike Damage: 100% AD + 30/60/90/120/150 Quick Strike Cost: 30/40/50/60/70 Energy Hilt Strike Stun: 1/2/3 seconds Cool Down: 6.8/6.6/6.4/6.2/6 seconds after first cast With Unleash the Blade active: -Quick slash can be casted 2.5 seconds after Hilt Strike Hilt Strike Damage: 50% AD + 120 Hilt Strike Cost: 40 Energy Quick Strike Damage: 120% AD + 180 Quick Strike Cost: 60 Energy Hilt Strike Stun: 3.5 Seconds Cool Down: 5.5 seconds after first cast

E- Slash Strike Coyan strikes his sword to the right then left. -Single cast -Instant swing right then a .5 second gap till the left swing -Cone skill shot: 50% more than his current auto attack range Right Strike Damage: 50% AD + 80/90/100/110/120 Left Strike Damage: 60% AD + 120/130/140/150/160 Cost: 40/45/50/55/60 Energy Cool Down: 4.8/4.6/4.4/4.2/4 Seconds With Unleash the Blade active: Right Strike Damage: 75% 90/100/110/120/130 AD Left Strike Damage: 125% 130/140/150/160/170 AD With Unleash the Blade active: -Single cast -Instant swing right then a .2 second gap till left swing Right Strike Damage: 60% AD + 130 Left Strike Damage: 70% AD + 170 Cost: 55 Energy Cool Down: 3.8 Seconds

R- Unleash the Blade: 1 point- Coyan's auto attacks builds up range for 0/5/10 till his third attack which does a bonus 5% AD but his attack speed is reduced by 10% for the third attack. (Each auto attack his sword sheath comes off a little bit). 2 points- Coyan's third auto attack does 15% extra AD and 0/10/20 range but for the third attack his attack speed reduced by 15%. 3 points- After Coyan's third auto attack he pulls off his Sheath increasing his AD by 25% (0/20/30 for that attack) and activating all the upgrades for all his other abilities. After combat the sheath gets put back on until 3 auto attacks are done again.

Strengths: -Excellent for ganking -He is very strong late game -Can escape and rejoin team fights Weakness: -If he gets targeted he will get destroyed -If he can't get kills early game late game will be painful with the lack of energy regen and ability costs

Lore: (I'm probably going to scrap this and change a lot of it, but it's a very rough blueprint, and there are a bit of holes in it, but I need to get this down.)

    In one of  Darius' raid on Demacia there was a soldier named Coyan, Coyan's swordsmen skills

were one of the finest, but sadly he was a low ranking soldier. In the raid he was separated and left astray. Lux and Garen tried to capture him but he was barely able to flee from them. after wandering about, he found himself in the ancient sewers of a forgotten Demacian sealing room, in there, he found the Legendary Sword of Noxia (the name will come later).

Coyan took the sword and noticed it was sealed. He tried everything to unseal the sword. Hit it, cursed at it, spoke gibberish to it, tried to forcibly to pull of the sheath off, after hours of trying he gave up unsealing it then he he started to train with it to see if it was good enough to bash some heads with so he could escape. But oddly the sword was easier to hold, strike, and carry than any other that he wielded. While he was training, the sword's seal loosened and dark evil magic came out of the small space where the sheath and sword itself connected, and it didn't stop. After a month almost all of Demacia had the dark black magic of his (Swords name) in every dark corner, it was noticeable by only those who concentrated on it, one day while Lux and Garen were out they noticed it a few times but ignored it and said;

"It's just my imagination."

But after they saw it those few times... They saw it everywhere. They went and alerted the townspeople to go inside. They went to follow it, and find the source. Within a month of searching they found Coyan, wrapped in the sword's evil magic.

Eyes blood thirsty, piercing through the darkness. They could feel his power hungry sword at their throats. They felt as though his Dark Aura was choking them. But, he hasn't even moved a muscle.

Garen ordered him to drop the sword and leave with his life. But, Coyan remained silent, as he unsheathed the blade. With a few swift movements, Lux's life had almost been taken. Garen lays unconsious on the ground, his crimson blood pooling around him. The guardsmen all slaughtered.

Coyan escaped back to Noxus unscratched. When he got back, he went straight to Darius, demanding him to tell him why he was left for dead. Darius could not even comprehend what was going on. All he saw was Coyan's face, with the (blah) tearing through the shadows surrounding his body. After sensing the sheer force of (blah), a memory of Coyan's father, flooded into his mind. He kneeled intuitively, honoring his legacy. He rised and said,

"I trusted that you would find your way back, but I would never have expected you to find the (swords name)."

"(The swords name)?"

"It's a ancient sword that your Father crafted, and wielded, that striked fear into all of Demacia. He was such a threat that in one of our raids, they sent all their forces to attack your father from all sides. Your father annihilated over half of Demacia's army before falling. After he was slain, they stole the (swords name) and sealed it away. Placing it in their oldest storing chamber to be forgotten."

"You're a good soldier."

"But now you're more than just a expendable footmen"

"I endorse you to the rank of a General."

"You, are now Noxia's ... (Voice, Hand, one of those type of things)."

"Come to the League of Legends with me, Continue your father's legacy of destruction, and carve terror into the heart of all the Demacians.

Interactions: I lost the damn age old file that all all of the ones I made... I had taunts and a saying for every Noxian and Demacian... I get to start from scratch now.

So, any comments or anything would be awesome :D , and if this gets enough attention I'll work on really getting a solid plan for how the sword and he looks. I've already got a good mental blue print but drawing it will be another story.
