champion idea

hi, this is just a quick thought I had for a champion I don't have a name for him yet but his a yordle from Zaun he uses both magic and inventions as his skills. his passive is ''PREPARING TARGET'' that when his Q stacks 3x the next auto attack stuns and when stack he will be able to activate his ult.

his Q is ''RUNIC SLING ROPE'' wich is a skill shot that magically hypnotizes and stuns the enemy champion, can be cast 2 times before CD. you can only stun when passive is fully stacked and only with an auto attack.

his W is ''SLOW ZONE'' his W has can be cast 4x before CD, he drops a device wich will be corners for a slow zone that can only work when he drops all 4 of the device and should be not very far from each other. and it pretty much just slows an enemy who enters the zone.

his E is ''SPLASH N' DASH'' he fires green substance on the ground while dashing away from it the substance does damage like Morgana's W.

and lastly his R or ultimate is ''GOTCHA!'' is a skill shot he pounces on an enemy champion and controls they're movement for 3.5 seconds and also damage them a little. NOTE: his R can only be cast when passive is fully stacked. BTW his r acts like and zac's E
