first of all this is not my concept i do not own the artwork ot anything. just wanned to spread this concept since i would love to see this in game.

The concept is well made, but I don't think Evelynn fits the Star Guardian team well. If they want to add her into that skin universe, I would prefer to make her a villain.
Evelynns absolutely evil personality and general character design fit way more the evil queen archetype like they were a thing in the Sailor Moon series than an actual member of the good girls. Maybe she should be the one responsible for the Void creatures invading the home planet of the Star Guardians. Champions like Zyra and Urgot (to kill the meme) could be added to this villain skin line as well.
Ok so I like it, the eyes kind of bother me, but you know what would be better. Dark Star Evelynn it just would be pretty badass, good colours, magnificent particles, we could have some nice sound updates. Her R could sound like some space sounds kind of like a black hole. Her charm could be a Sun shape that fills with purple and black colours then when it charms it like blows up like a supernova. Man, you should just hire me already Rito. - Pim :)
That actually seems to have amazing wuality at Riot standards. But a few things are off about it, such as the eyes and the way her lashes and legs are detailed.
They should make an evil star guardian version with 
but this concept looks sick too Eve would still work well as a star guardian given how Jinx was put in as the "villain" of her SG group
its cute, but we all know she's dark star material..
I think the skin is amazing, but maybe a dark star skin would be better for Evelynn even tho Riot sometimes makes odd decisions about skins so maybe they would make this even tho it isnt a perfect fit to her character :)
Before opening i was wondering why people where talking about the eyes, my god they are disturbung. Otherwise seems great concept.
Not a fan of the facial features, but it's very well done.

To ANYONE saying Evelynn can't be a guardian because she doesn't suit it. She suits is better than anybody else, mostly because she is Based off of a Scorpio aka the seductress and heartbreaker, aka a Succubus. Which brings me back to Scorpio who's is linked to Mars & Pluto, so she clearly would make a better Guardian than any other choice, other than Lux, because Lux means light which Light comes from the Sun) Catsy was evil and became good as were her sisters, Sailor Sun was originally a villain, why couldn't Evelynn just have a happier skin or just be the Guardian of Hearts or something like that? (She's clearly a Scorpio so she would make a perfect Sailor Scout, as a Sailor Pluto copy) Sailor Uranus is a complete bitch and mean to everybody who isn't Sailor Neptune, but she's still a scout. The Black Lady aka Chibi Moon is who Lux is based off of, she was evil, she tried to kill her own mother (Sailor Moon) so I don't see anything wrong with making Evelynn a Star Guardian. Also let's not forget that Jinx is a Star Guardian and every five seconds she talks about wanting to taste someone blood. Bottom Line if we take this all into the most literal sense possible she would be the PERFECT Star Guardian. :)

I like the star guardian look on her, but I figure (as many of the others have stated) she should be an antagonist, and thus the bright colors and pink don't really suit her. I figure, if this were to be implemented in any way, she should be some sort of dark nebula warrior (of sorts). That way she'd still fit into the "star guardian" type skins, except on the darker, antagonistic side.
I was talking to the person who made this as they were making it with the same concerns that Star Guardian doesn't fit. If you look, you'll see her star is actually broken, she was meant to be someone who basically is an antagonist rather than part of the team. She turned against them basically.
Okay so first I dont hate the idea of her being in SG but I dont think it fits her personality. 2 the face is off...dono if its just the eyes or the facial structure but its off. 3 and this one bugs me the most...that...Thing...on her head..it looks like it is just kinda floating there...it really distracts from the design imo and intrups the flow. Like that's the first thing I see and to me its just not very appealing. and this might be a nitpick but her uniform...kinda looks like lingerie sleep wear. Doesn't seem like "cute guardians of the universe" seems more like "kinky anime fetish"
With this design I would like to see something along the lines of a villain that killed a star guardian male and absorbed his powers and is now posing as a SG and then takes advantage of their good name and causes havoc and makes their name tarnished to where they have to find her and stop her before the galaxy turns their backs on them forever. I dono much about the universe so i dono if a power transfer like that could even be possible but somthing of that range could happen im sure with some tinkering.

The physics of that left cheek though, why is it so much larger than the right cheek that u can see it from that angle?
