Custom skin 3rd party programs - can you get banned? Can Riot clarify this?

So there are couple 3rd party programs you can use to change your skins in game (but only you can see this) is this considered "illegal"? I tried to search around but haven't seen any red comments clarifying this exactly.

Programs like Mk jogo let's you see existing skins on your side and other programs that has whole new concepts like office girl ahri etc that you can use. thoughts?

Close to 100% sure you can't get banned or punished for using them as it doesn't affect the game in anyway. However I have used them in the past and it can screw your client up as some of the skins become 'broken' after some patches and at least to my knowledge you can't get rid of the skins. Note that I used them back in season 3 so things might be different now.

Exactly what he said. Can mess with things. I stopped doing this. It was fun, but I would rather have a game that works properly.

Riot said at one point that they won't ban you for it.

You will not be banned for edits to your client that only affect you

(thus things like CV could be considered ban-worthy because it affects not just you)

If the edit makes the game easier / allows you to cheat, then it affects the other players.

I don't think that things like Custom Skins are ban-worthy--

But this is the wrong forum :/
