Super Galaxy skins

is it JUST me or do the 'Super Galaxy' skins on Kindred and Shyvana both feel like they should be labeled as 'Neon Strike'? the color pallets the devs used is a little too loud to go with the fizz and rumble Super Galaxy skins.. http://www.imgbase.info/images/safe-wallpapers/video_games/league_of_legends/29675-neon_strike_vi_wallpaper.jpg
