Proposed Teemo Changes

Hello! I want to say the changes for teemo on the PBE don't make me want to play the champion more and further takes away his place in actual comps. Teemo has always had a hard time finding a place being taken seriously and I think he is in need for a change but not like what is being tried.

Here is what I think would make teemo interesting to play, impact in the game and be more along his thematic role of a swift scout. (anything in bold and italics is a change to the current state of teemo)

**Quick Summary:

  1. W become a toggle between being swift and being stealthy, Teemo will either have extra move speed or have a toggle into camouflage which would behave simlar to twitch(q) but indefinite like evelynn passive. This allows teemo to adapt his play style based on the situation either flanking, scouting, ect.
  2. E can stack up to 3 times and can spread once it get to 3 stacks the ap ratio for each stack is lower than normal poison until 3 stacks where it is slightly higher. This helps slightly with wave clear, favors teemo to commit to longer trades for more damage and makes him more dangerous in teamfights.
  3. R has a small change making a mushroom trap to appear at the death location when teemo receives a takedown. The internal cd of this happening is tied to his recharge rate of his r. This allows him to have a few more shrooms out but only if he plays aggressively or helps his team.**
  • (Passive) - Same as current Guerrilla Warfare --INNATE: Teemo gains Twilight Shroud invisibility if he stands still for 1.5 seconds without acting or being acted upon. He will remain stealthed so long as he doesn't move, doesn't act, or is Airborne displaced. If within a brush, Teemo gains stealth after 1.5 seconds even while moving and may move freely within its boundaries without breaking stealth.

Element of Surprise --ELEMENT OF SURPRISE: When Teemo breaks stealth, he gains the Element of Surprise for 3 seconds, granting him 20 / 40 / 60 / 80% (based on level) bonus attack speed.

  • (Q) - Same as current --ACTIVE: Teemo shoots a dart at the target enemy, dealing them magic damage and blinding them for a short duration.

  • (W) - Change of gameplay

-Toggle! - Swift

--PASSIVE: Teemo gains bonus movement speed. - 5 / 7 / 9 / 11 / 13% - Add passive move speed constant but half the amount of if he hasn't taken dmg --PASSIVE: Teemo gains Movement speed icon bonus movement speed if he hasn't taken damage from enemy champions or turrets for 5 seconds. 10 / 14 / 18 / 22 / 26%

-Toggle! - Stealth

--PASSIVE: Teemo gain Camouflage - Teemo will receive Element of Surprise while this is active after he breaks stealth.

-EDIT: Teemos passive stealth by standing still or being in brush after 1.5 sec will give him true invisibility like it is currently and override the camouflage

  • (E) - Slight Change --PASSIVE: Teemo's basic attacks deal bonus magic damage and poison his target.

--Poisoned targets suffer magic damage for 4 seconds, with subsequent attacks refreshing the poison's duration. _--Poison can stack up to 3 times _ --MAGIC DAMAGE ON-HIT: 10 / 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 (+ 30% AP)

--MAGIC DAMAGE PER SECOND PER STACK (Max 3): 3 / 6 / 9 / 12 / 15 (+ 5% AP) --Max stacks - 9 / 18 / 27 / 36 / 45 (+15% AP)

  • -(R) - Small Addition --PASSIVE: Teemo stores a Noxious Trap charge periodically, up to a maximum of 3 at once. --PASSIVE: Upon takedown of an enemy a mushroon trap appears at the death location. - Internal Cooldown equal to charge time of mushroom trap.

ACTIVE: Teemo tosses a mushroom trap on the ground, which stealths and arms after 1 second, lasting up to 5 minutes. While armed, mushrooms grant sight around them. Mushrooms can bounce if thrown on top of another mushroom. This can only happen once.

If an enemy steps on a mushroom, it detonates, poisoning all nearby enemies, slowing them, granting sight of them, and dealing them magic damage over 4 seconds.

Noxious Trap have 6 maximum health and can only be damaged by champion basic attacks (2 damage from ranged and 3 from melee).

move his current E to passive so he has poison shots off the get go.
