New Year's Singed

With the New Year not that far around the corner, I think it's time to share an idea for a champion skin that I've had floating around in my head since I started playing this game and first started using : New Year’s Singed. I was planning on commissioning someone to create the concept art for me, but I cannot find anyone within my price range. But, hey, if you're feeling creative and would like to make it to better help others in the LoL community to be able to visualize it, be my guest! I just ask that you credit me for the idea, RIOT for creating Singed, and of course please post it here!

Basically Singed would be themed around New Year’s celebrations; he would be wearing a tuxedo and top hat with a giant champagne bottle on his back that would let out champagne and confetti as he moved while his Q/Poison Trail was active (the confetti would only show when his R/Insanity Potion is active, but for the sake of the splash art it might look best with it showing the confetti coming out as well). Instead of a shield he would be holding a silver serving platter, and in his other hand he would be holding a champagne glass. His W/Mega Adhesive it would be a puddle of spilled champagne, when R is active it has confetti lying around it. As for his E/Fling, I would add a bit of a fireworks animation to make it look like you're launching people into the sky like a New Year’s firework, and when his R is active it adds specials fireworks.
