Amusement park skin for Ornn?

I was thinking of an amusement park themed skin, with Ornn having a squeeky whack-a-mole hammer. The rock thingy he summons would be replaced with the whack-a-mole. The ult could be a roller coaster or something. Poor guy has only 2 skins so far. I suck at art so all I can give is ideas.

Thoughts?
