Add owned % on icons.

I think there would be a big value in adding owned percentage on icons, when viewing your collection. This way you'll have a better way at grasping the rarity of your icons. This (in my opinion) will also put more hype on owning Icons, as it is right now, not many people care about icons, and don't won't to pay or earn icons, i believe this would put more interest in Icons. Because what makes an icon "ultimate" or "mythic" if not it's rarity, but players have no way of grasping the rarity.

Could be made for skins too then but not too important for them, however for icons, I'd really like that! Upvoted.

Could be made for skins, but the price more or less tells the rarity, icons however could benefit a lot from it (own opinion)

it would literally increase sales of skins that no one wants. New one tricks will go "oh no one really uses this vayne skin, guess the good players use it"

Didn't even think of that. Well, is that not a good thing? Because in order for a skin to be unpopular it had to exist for some time already meaning that Riot would gain money even tho' they added no new content.
