Add owned % on icons.

I think there would be a big value in adding owned percentage on icons, when viewing your collection. This way you'll have a better way at grasping the rarity of your icons. This (in my opinion) will also put more hype on owning Icons, as it is right now, not many people care about icons, and don't won't to pay or earn icons, i believe this would put more interest in Icons. Because what makes an icon "ultimate" or "mythic" if not it's rarity, but players have no way of grasping the rarity.
