Tessa, The Fire of Noxus

Stats- Health: 530-2200 Attack Speed: 0.67-1.03 Health Regeneration: 2.3-6.5 Magic Resist: 50 Armor: 50 Movement Speed: 365

Passive- Illusion of Fire Every 15 seconds Tessa dodges an enemy ability and gains 20% of health from damage she has taken

Q- Dance of Flames Tessa swings her blade in a circle, dealing 70/90/110/130/150(x) points of damage to any champion in the area of effect. Passive- If Dance of Flames is cast immediately after Fire of Noxus, Dance of Flames ignites champions in the AOE for 2.5 seconds dealing an additional 30% scaling to 60% of damage dealt trough the duration.

W- Ferocity Shove Ferocity Shove knock enemies away from Tessa. Dealing 50/65/80/95/110(x) points of damage, and stunning them if they make contact with a wall, minion, or champion for 2 seconds. If Ferocity Shove makes contact with another champion or minion, it deals half damage and stuns them for 1 second.

E- Fire of Noxus Tessa dashes to target minion or champion dealing 40/60/80/100/120(x) points of damage. Can be cast on friendly minions or champions.

R- Ember of Execution Tessa leaps to a stunned champion and becomes invulnerable to enemy basic attacks and abilities for 1.5 seconds while dealing 200/300/400(x) points of damage to target champion. Passive- Enemies caught in the ult are ignited for 2 seconds and are dealt an addition 25% scaling to 50% of damage taken during the ult.

Once a highly intelligent pupil at the Ionian Sword school, Tessa was a formidable student and one of the top in her class. At a young age she was fast to master the Fire technique. She came only second in her class to a young man.

When Noxus invaded Ionia, she was put on the front line of battle. She wielded her blade with the ferocity of fire at her side. She nimbly disposed of many Noxian soldiers. But when she made a sweeping round on the streets to see if she could find more Noxians to execute she came across three bodies lay in a pile on the street, as she advanced on these bodies she came to realize the features of her father, mother, and younger brother lying bloody and lifeless in the middle of the brick road. She fell to her knees. She heard a voice, and the world went black.

She came to in a small cell. A man with a crow sitting in front of her. Her memory twisted. She didn't even remember the Noxus invasion. He came close and unlocked the cell. The next few months she trained harder then she ever had before. But she was unlike she ever was before. She became twisted, filled with anger and hatred. It didn't only change her mind, But her swordsmanship became fire. She was the first of her kind. And she would serve loyally by the side of the ruler of Noxus, carrying out the most daring of missions.

Ideas to improve would be appreciated. I don't want a critic.
