new charecter (kosuro)

was thinking bout a tank that is like artilary shooting around him , he also shoots himself into a target or a way to escape ,he can also use a shield to absorbe the damage from enimy attacks and his ult would be like pantheons ult . he can use his spines like a missile like tank shells. the charecter looks like a yordle but has spines like a porcupine but can chose to hide them to keep others safe

i think that this is a good idea because there is too many champs that can grab and cc the heck out of ya plz leave a comment on wat u guys think
