QOL Suggestion - Difficult to Customize Runes During Champ Select

It can be difficult to set up your rune pages while the champions are being drafted. If you open up your rune page, it takes up the entire client preventing you from seeing which champions are being chosen. This results in needing to wait until all the champions are selected before you can start adjusting your rune page, causing a scramble to get the correct runes selected.

If the rune page opened in a window that was separate from the client (like the chat window), so that you could still see the champ select process, it would allow you to adapt to your specific match up dynamically as the champions are being selected.

TL;DR Changing runes during champ select is intrusive, allow these to be adjusted in a second window.
