Lore:
The hopes and will of those, fallen to the terrors of the void, were assumed to disappear as they became prey to what dwelt within. However, a chaotic storm brews within the void - purple lightning tearing a rift between worlds, bringing with it something new.
Within the Void, anything is possible. There is not only terror, but in the times before their last moments, even filled with fear and dread, the dead leave behind hopes, desires, the sheer need to protect something. Even such a thing as hope can manifest within the Void, becoming something very much alive.
Ki'Bo is a creature formed of the hopes and wills of those that have fallen or endured the void, the very first being the desires of a wolf; the desire to hunt, the desire to kill. Upon manifesting into a life form Ki'Bo possessed no cognitive ability. Her survival within the Void relied upon raw instinct. Though defending herself where necessary, Ki'Bo's primary instinct was to come to the aid of others. The predators within the Void were formidable and more often than not she would save a life only to come across their mangled corpse later on.
Over time Ki'Bo began to develop cognitive ability. The more lives that were lost within the Void only meant the more that was left behind.
Hopes, wishes, wills, desires; it all became a part of more than just her physical form. They gave her a personality of her own. During her time within the Void Ki'Bo experienced many brief attachments and a significant amount of loss, however all that had been given to her only drove her forwards.
The storm within the Void had manifested with Ki'Bo, though the Void worked in strange ways. Although Ki’Bo had initially begun to form within the storm, her physical form had manifested elsewhere within the Void, suddenly existing with a crack of lightning.
Ki’Bo could feel the storm, however far away it was, as it had been formed from the desires of others. The desire to escape from the Void. Unaccountable time passes before Ki'Bo discovered the eye of the storm. As she approached she felt a greater strength, filling her with an understanding of her true purpose…and so she rode the storm, harnessing the electrical force manifested by the Void.
Landing with a bolt of lightning she arrives in the Rift. immediately aiding allied champions that had already been caught in the heat of battle. With a crackle and a boom, she let out a thunderous bark.
Man's best friend, the Hound of the Void, arrives at last to aid the summoners of the Rift.
Theme:
Void hound, purple colour scheme, similar to most void creatures. Would like her to be connected with Kai'Sa in some way. Before or after the rift, either way suits.
Personality:
Ki'Bo has an intense, instinctive desire to help those she grows attached to. She is especially fond of human-like champions as the majority of her manifestation is formed up of the hopes, wishes and desires of fallen human-like beings. Unfortunately there are very few human-like beings that manage to survive long in the Void.
She remains somewhat wary of monster/beast/creature-like champions, however, as she came across many hostile variations of these within the Void. Examples of this being champions such as
.
Despite being a living manifestation of hopes, wishes and desires, Ki'Bo is not necessarily entirely 'good' by nature as hopes, wishes and desires aren't always good in nature themselves. Some can be 'evil'.
Ki'Bo is a gentle, loving canine with maternal instincts, however is a fierce, terrifying protector. She will hunt down the enemies of her companions mercilessly, treating them as prey. Being an enemy of Ki'Bo's is a truly terrifying position to be in.
She possesses the majesty and social fondness of a wolf, however does not possess the ability to speak. Ki'Bo communicates with growls, snarls, barks, howls, whines, whimpers and yips. She additionally inhibits the tell' tale signs of a wolf's body language and uses these to express herself.
Her fierce protectiveness is also strongly entwined with her prey drive.
Ki'Bo is unaware that the very first desire that began her manifestation was actually the desire of a dying wolf. The wolf's desire had been to hunt, to chase, to kill. Though she may be a very loving and protective individual, this is the very seed of evil that brought her to life, and as such, the strongest desire that drives her.

NEW CROWD CONTROL:
Electrification Description:
Electrification is a type of 'tick' crowd control. Electrification applies brief interruptions of movement, restricting movement for decimal seconds. There will also be brief windows of movement in-between each tick of electrification. This will continue until all stacks of electrification have ticked.
Paralysis Description:
Paralysis is the complete immobilisation of a target. Whilst affected by paralysis an individual is unable to perform any action until the paralysis has expired.
ABILITIES:
Auto Attack:
Ki'Bo's auto attack is a ranged attack, consisting of alternating swipes of her front paws. Her paws cast ranged electrical slashes as visual representation of her ranged auto attack.
X range.
Passive - Storm Paws:
Toggleable (On/Off) X cd
Storm Paws Trinket:
No cool-down.
The 'Storm Paws' trinket will be provided as an additional trinket to Ki'Bo. This trinket can be bound to any unused key. Its icon will be represented by an image of Ki'Bo's paws, thriving with an electrical current.
Activating this trinket grants all allied champions permission to ride Ki'Bo. When activated this trinket will have a purple hue on the icon and enable allied 'Storm Rider' trinkets.
Only one champion can ride Ki'Bo at a time. No pets or additional life forms can be accompanied with the allied champion.
The only exception for this is that
is still able to mount Ki'Bo, even if he has devoured an allied champion. However, he is unable to do so if he has devoured an enemy champion/monster/minion. Devoured allied champions will be forcibly dismounted after the duration of devour has ended, however
will continue to ride Ki'Bo until he chooses to dismount or is forcibly dismounted by Ki'Bo.
Deactivating this trinket retracts all allied champions permission to ride Ki'Bo. Whilst the 'Storm Paws' trinket is deactivated, all accompanying 'Storm Rider' trinkets are disabled. If an allied champion is already riding Ki'Bo then they are forcibly dismounted. When deactivated this trinket will have a grey hue on the icon.
The 'Storm Paws' trinket will automatically be deactivated at the start of the current game.
If Ki'Bo is killed whilst an allied champion is mounted the allied champion is instead dismounted behind her, rather than in front of her.
Storm Rider Trinket:
X cool-down.
The 'Storm Rider' trinket will be provided as an additional trinket to all allied champions in the current game, though there are some exceptions. This trinket can be bound to any unused key and it's icon will be represented by a purple lightning bolt.
Activating this trinket will cause the corresponding champion to mount Ki'Bo. Mounted champions are converted into an electrical orb of energy that sits just above Ki'Bo's tendrils. This makes animation much more practical.
Deactivating this trinket will cause the corresponding champion to dismount from Ki'Bo. Dismounting will always cause the corresponding champion to dismount directly in front of Ki'Bo. This will be animated as a type of short teleport. The allied champion will teleported in front of Ki'Bo and will travel X distance. The distance will be short and Ki'Bo's ally will return to their physical form upon teleporting to the destination.
The 'Storm Rider' trinket can't be used unless within a certain radius of Ki'Bo. The range of this will be similar to
's lantern cast range. This will also be animated as a teleport, converting the allied champion to an orb of electricity.
Allied champions cannot use the 'Storm Rider' trinket whilst affected by enemy crowd control. The 'Storm Rider' trinket will be available to cast after the effects of the crowd control has expired.
Effects of Riding Ki'Bo:
Mounted allies are invulnerable to damage, however are also unable to attack, cast spells, use summoner spells or trinkets. This excludes the 'Storm Rider' trinket unless it has been disabled by the 'Storm Paws' trinket.
Ki'Bo is granted X% bonus move-speed whilst she is carrying an ally. This will be a significant amount of movement speed. The smaller the allied champion, the more generous the % of movement speed is granted. Whilst Ki'Bo is carrying an ally her paws emit purple sparks.
If Ki'Bo is mounted by an allied champion from the Void she leaves a static trail of electricity beneath her. The trail remains for X seconds before fading. Enemies that pass through the trail are slowed for a X%. This will be a mild slow.
Trinket Exclusions:
The following champions will not receive the 'Storm Rider' trinket as they already have their own mounts:

The following champions will not receive the 'Storm Rider' trinket because they are accompanied by other life-forms:

The following champions will be unable to use the 'Storm Rider' trinket whilst their pet is active/ they are accompanied by other life-forms (creatures):

Q – Void Star:
cost** X** mana/ X cd/ X range/ X target/radius/cast
First Cast:
Ki'Bo target's an allied champion. Targeting an allied champion attaches a shimmery ‘void star’ to the allied champions' health bar. The ‘void star’ remains until her ally has cast a spell.
Second Cast:
Ki’Bo borrows the last spell cast by her targeted ally, transferring the ‘Void Star’ from her ally’s health bar to her own. (The animation looks like a star shooting from the allied champion health bar to Ki'Bo's health bar).
There is a window of X seconds that she can use this borrowed spell. After using the spell or if the window of time has expired 'Void Star' will go on cool-down and the borrowed spell will be removed. When this occurs, the star attached to her health bar will fade.
This spell can only be cast on allied champions.
W - Precision Discharge:
cost** X** mana/ X cd/ X range/ area of effect cast ( X radius)
With glowing eyes Ki'Bo snarls, discharging violent volts of electricity from the tip of her tail in a long cone shaped area. Enemies hit by the spell take flat magic damage.
There is a window of X seconds after being hit by 'Precision Discharge' whereby electrification is applied to the affected enemies. Electrification is applied upon receiving any additional damage from Ki'Bo's allies, either by spells or auto attacks.
The electrification can stack up to two times (each stack requires a spell/auto attack). The electrification is visible as an electrical surge throughout the affected enemy’s body and lasts X seconds.
E - Magnetic Spark:
cost** X** mana/ X cd/ X range/ self-cast or targeted ally cast
Ki'Bo emits a purple spark from her pelt, creating a magnetic field around herself or a targeted ally for X seconds. Her pelt stands on end as she does this. The magnetic field generated by the spark acts as an offensive aura, applying electrification to enemies that attack the champion cloaked by the 'Magnetic Spark'. The electrification also deals a small amount of magic damage.
Enemy spells or auto attacks count towards one stack of electrification. Maximum stacks are three. The magnetic field is dispelled and goes on cool-down immediately if it reaches maximum stacks before the end of the field’s duration.
R - Storm of the Void:
cost** X** mana/ X cd/ global range
First Cast:
Ki’Bo lets out a thunderous bark, calling the ‘Storm of the Void’ to the Rift. The ultimate is global, creating dark grey-purple hues and faint purple clouds, crackling in places with faint electricity (so as not to obscure vision – just to make it pretty terrifying and feel like an actual storm on the Rift). This last for X seconds.
Whilst this spell is in effect, enemies hit by allied champions with either spells or auto attacks will gain ‘Lightning rod’ stacks. The required number of stacks is four. Any enemy that gains up to four stacks of ‘Lightning rod’ will be struck with an enormous purple lightning bolt after the fourth stack has been applied.
The lightning bolt will deal X magic damage (this will be a small amount) paralysing them in place for X seconds. Paralysed champions cannot use summoner spells/trinkets/spells/attack until the paralysis has ended. Stacks will disappear if the ultimate ends before the stacks are reached.
Hopes of the Void
Second Cast: (This cast may/may not be available, depending upon some factors)
Casting for a second time will cause ‘Lightning Rod’ stacks to transfer from effected enemy champions to allied champions. Allied champions will be hit with ‘Lightning Rod’ however it will heal them for a X % of health (based upon how many stacks had been on enemy champions), rather than causing paralysis.
The number of stacks is equally divided amongst allied champions. If the enemy champions stacks were not even, allied champions overall stacks will gain one additional stack to make the division of stacks even.
‘Hopes of the Void’ cannot be cast if an enemy champion has already received their fourth stack of ‘Lightning Rod’. The storm is dispelled, fading from the Rift when the spell goes on cool-down.

Play-style:
Ki'Bo offers high potential for damage out-put and engages to her allies. She relies upon playing around an ally and high movement speed to utilise her kit effectively. Her low health and defensive stats entail that her high mobility is utilised to evade potentially fatal damage.
Use of her passive allows her to work together with an ally to chase down an enemy. Items that utilise slows in combination with effective use of her passive can cause devastating damage, accompanied with the attacks of her allies.
Ideally Ki'Bo should be built around utility as she is designed more specifically for chasing and providing bonus damage to allied champions. Her kit also relies heavily upon follow-up damage or the presence of an allied champion.
Ki'Bo is especially vulnerable when alone as she doesn't have much in the way of offensive abilities other than her 'w' and 'e' by herself. Although her ultimate does magic damage it would require her to land a certain amount of auto attacks/spells for it to become offensive.
Her strength comes from the hopes and wishes of her allies and the teamwork they share.
