You can only get it by attending worlds. It's bullshit really, I don't have the money to fly to Korea to get it. Why punish me for living in the states Riot?
To give CS Riven codes without putting the skin in the shop is to ask for people to swindle players. Some will fairly sell the code they have, but I bet that from here until the expiration date of the codes someone is going to get swindled. I don't like this scenario at all, it's just nonsensical to give people the opportunity to go around robbing others.

I got this skin when it first came out back in s2, and I honestly would not mind if they put it back in the store for a limited time for people to be able to purchase it for the 975 RP it was sold at. All I really want is for the skin to get a stand like the Championship Thresh and Shyvana skins have when they recall.
I love this skin but it is unavailable. Riot should give people who join the league recently chances to own this excellent skin!!! Put it back please!
