There are many heroes, this is true, but is there a hero based on dinosaurs? No, I think it would be cool to have one, so here he is, though hes only a concept, who knows what he might become one day! All these numbers are just approximations to display what the hero would be like. As for appearance, he would be a red&orange, moderately large sized raptor.

Base Stats: Health: High(+Moderately high) Damage: Moderate(+moderately low) Spells: Low(+Low) Mana: Moderate(+Moderate) HP/5: Moderate(+moderately high) MP/5: Low(+ Low) The Role: Fighter Secondary: Support

           **Passive: Survival of the Fittest**
Killing an enemy champion gives +15 maximum health, + 3 attack damage, this is halved if it is an assist. Every 5th stack this is instead changed into an adaptation. If 3 different adaptations are achieved, one of 3 evolutions may be picked. After that no further adaptations or evolutions will occur, only the normal buff.

Scavenge: Gain +6% move speed, +1 gold per 5 second.

Ravenous: Gain +20 attack damage and 10% attack speed.

Fury: Gain +10% Cooldown Reduction (Does not count towards Maximum)

Bulwark- Gain +200 maximum health, +15 magic resist and armor.

Scavenge Ravenous Fury- Berserk Evolution- Gain 10% move speed, 50 attack damage, 15% attack speed and cooldown reduction (Doesnt count towards maximum) but take 10% more damage.

Scavenge Fury Bulwark - Gain 12% move speed, +15% CDR, + 250 max health +20 magic resist and armor.

               **Q- Unstoppable Charge**
Zeltheren rushes forth 3/4/5/6 range,, dealing 55/125/195/265/345(+moderate AD) damage to the first enemy champion hit and stunning them for 1.5 seconds.

 Mana Cost: Low(+Low)

Cooldown: Moderate

                     **W- Leader of the Pack**
Zeltheren lets loose an enormous roar, allied heroes in a large radius become frenzied, gaining 15% of zeltherens damage, and gaining 15/20/25/30 % of his current life as a shield.

Mana Cost: Moderate (+Moderately Low)

Cooldown: High (- Moderately Low)

                      **E- Get Away!**
Zeltheren over 3 seconds shakes his tail back and forth, each second enemies behind him take 45/90/135/180/225(+Low AD) damage and are thrown back 3/3.33/3.67/4 spaces.

Mana Cost- High

Cooldown- Moderate

                          **R- Primal Fury**
Zeltheren charges to an ally, swooping them up on his back, the allied hero becomes untargetable and may cast abilities attacks from his back (Duration of 5/6/7 seconds) If Zeltheren dies, the ally falls to the ground, losing 50% of their damage and attack speed for 7 seconds. During Primal Fury Zeltheren gains 40% of the allies maximum health, armor, magic resist, and 20% of their movespeed and damage. Damage Over Time Abilities still effect the allied hero thrown onto his back, but further projectiles and area of effect will not.

Mana Cost: Extreme

Cooldown: Moderately High

Possible Skins would be as such

Extinct: A more boney form, such as kogmaws Jurassic

Automaton: A metallic form of the hero

He looks good, but just a couple of things. First, his abilities only have 4 ranks worth of damage. You should fix that. Also, I don't think his ultimate would be very good. Dealing damage to an ally? I wouldn't want him near me. Even if it is only when he dies, it will cause a lot of complaints. Being untargetable also sounds very OP, but I could be wrong. Also, what about champions that are attack focused, like Lee Sin and Quinn? They both have abilities that put them in and require them to be in melee range. Using the ult on them wouldn't be very helpful. Not to mention, trolls who really wanted to be bad could just take their ally into a fight or turret.

Just my personal opinion. I like the concept though, it sounds great! :]

Can you look mine over please? Grift

His passive seems really good, but It seems like it would be REALLY hard to get fully stacked if assists are only worth half, especially considering the amount of stacks needed to get the final evolve thing.

His scalings on his abilities are a bit extreme (just wondering, do you play DotA?).

His R is bad. You shouldn't ever make an ally CC ability unless it is opt in, because if they have no say, it becomes a tool for trolls and also makes it really unfun if your teammate doesn't want you to do that.
