Allow changing of icons during champ select!

I for one would really like the ability to match my icon to my selected champion/skin. Especially since now we can choose our ward skin during champ select, it would be awesome to be able to change icons as well. I feel it would promote the buying of icons as well as provide more customization to the players. Any thoughts?
