This Artist, captured the entire essence of the Winter Theme. Not sure how cyborg Nami made any sense. However, this skin is not only Beautiful. It's well thought out and desinged.

something cool about narwhal's is they use their horns to break through the ice in the arctic so they can breath
I think the narwhal horn can go, makes her look too much like Soraka. I also expected more of her abilities to look icy, I imagined her R creating a fissure similar to Braum's R as it travels, cracking a layer of ice as the water crashes forward.

would be cool if it's a Legendary skin where she freezes stuff with her Bubble and Ult I'd like Winter Wonder Ahri too :(
Nice concept and Art but feel too close to what WW Soraka is and should be changed to be a bit more unique.
