Well, considering that I have put no work into this, I just want RITO to do it, (Not trying to be lazy, I just want a champ like this) and make it be a character that can dash in and out of Stealth, using his hands as a deadly weapon, much like Lee Sin, except with stealth. :) Anyone agree? :D

Uhm...Rengar and Kha'Zix both have stealth and can leap at enemies. The name is largely uncreative and doesn't make sense at all.
