Jinx is wanting for skins at the moment, while the others you mention have quite a few (or just got one in Aatrox's case).
Ultimately, though, I think 'Kassawin' is the only real choice.
I wouldn't be surprised if Braum got the championship skin, his shield would fit the criteria perfectly for a championship design, not to mention he get a ton of attention in the LCS, and i wouldn't be the 1st time a champ was released and got a championship skin in the same year.......Looking at you Thresh
I've been thinking about this recently and two champions come to mind: Taric- His gem theme could easily incorporate the blue hued gems of the championship set. Hell, the championship chalice could even be a part of his weapon. Trundle- This guy's been lacking some new skins. I think it would be neat if there was an armored Trundle wielding a club of unmined ore. Then when he Q's the club falls apart some to reveal more of the gem like insides, and hinting at improved AD. And etc, etc. A lot of champions could have the next skin. We'll have to see what Riot comes up with. :)
