I think it's the time to bring URF back for a while! Maybe add it as an event to Nexus Blitz?

They'll bring it back eventually gutted even more than before. It's like a pool with so many rules all you can do is soak in an oversized bath at this point.

Nexus Blitz is being removed in 8.18 for the next stage and will be back later, so that wont work XD

Make it all random, all champions, tone down hecacopter and a few of the other completely unfair things and it'll be fine.

URF but instead of 20% cooldowns and no mana costs everyone gets 3x the base movespeed and gets an Udyr passive. Udyr gets two Udyr passives on top of his regular Udyr passive to compensate for everyone else getting Udyr's Udyr passive.
