How about Cicero, the Glorious Cook?

As much as bringing a cook to League is exciting, sadly, I feel like your kit doesn't meet that fantasy.

I'll start off with the bunch of heals he has. Well as you haven't seen yet, he has a bunch of heals and some of them have trade backs (cooldowns and self-inflicted slow), but I feel like he's going down the same path as Old Soraka.

Even though there're these counterplays, healing pretty much undoes events and trades that happened. Do you see where I'm going here? I feel like he needs to have an active playstyle or at least needs to interact with the enemy in order to gain these... surprising high amount of heals in his kit as a tradeoff much like the current today.

Current Soraka has to spend 10% of her max hp and she gains hp back by hitting her Q (a skill shot ). Although I'd argue Soraka is still unrefined with the fact that her mana costs are...obsolete and nearly excusable, she has to bridge that interaction with the enemy in order to keep healing her allies.

So follow the precedent Current Soraka lays, while still giving him appropriate mana costs and cooldown, and you shall acquire a satisfiable and feasible chef. You could also add some Crowd Control to his kit, but that can be one of his counterplays if you wanted (like he could have NO CC but he could be very SLIPPERY in battle).

Good luck on your ventures with this custom champion concept.

Reading through was hoping for more cooking theme instead of just healing stuff.

Maybe you need to add another theme to the cook idea.

Example: Cordon Bleu, The Exotic Chef (exotic = cannable)

Role: jungle / Fighter

Taste test(Passive): Enemies slain by Cordon's attacks or abilities drop "Morsels". Cordon can collect "Morsels" to heal himself for 2%. all "Morsels" last for 5 seconds. (5 second rule)

Chopping Block(Q) - Cordon uses his Butcher knife to cut a slice out of his enemies. Cordon next auto-attack deals increased damage to a target. If the enemy unit is killed, the cooldown timer is reduced. Enemy units killed this way, drop a "Morsels", Enemy champions will drop 2 X "Morsels"

Slice and Dice(W) - Toggle on: Cordon shreds enemies in front of him into tiny bits. Cordon mows down enemy units in his path, he gains slight increase in movement speed and deals DOT each second. Enemies killed this way drop "Morsels"

Salt & pepper (E) - Cordon throws a bag of Spices towards his opponents, blinding and silencing them for 3 seconds.

Cooking Pot(R) - Cordon summons a large static cooking pot, with 1000HP at a target location for 10 seconds, The cooking pot emits a "Sizzling" aura that slows down enemies in the area, enemies in contact with Cordon are put into the pot and receive damage over time while inside. (up to 2 enemies champions). Enemies killed this way drop "Cooked Meat" and can be picked up allies and Cordon, and lasts 8 seconds. "Cooked meat" heals for 20% of Max HP, 10% Mana and have increased HP and resource regeneration for 4 seconds. Enemies can destroy the Pot for early release.

I was tryng to avoid being like Tham Kench someone who eats stuff. so focused more on the cooking aspect. My E is probably the weakest idea, but didn't know what else XD
