Anyone have a set of spectator overlays for shoutcasting?

I'm a member of collegiate eSports organization that hosts a league tournament every semester. Normally I fill a role as a coordinator because no one needs a baddie like me, but this time we have more than enough coordinators so we thought we'd try our hand at streaming the tournament. I've always kind of liked the idea of shoutcasting and decided that's what I would try for this tournament. I've been practicing for a little over a week but want to work scene switches into my practice this week before the tournament. Unfortunately between studying for my classes and preparing for the tournament I haven't had enough time to search for appropriate overlays. If anyone here or Riot has some generic looking overlays I can use that would help me out a lot. Preferably 2560 x 1440 with overlays for both the champion selection screen, with an area for a webcam, and then an in game overlay, without an area for a webcam. Even if whatever you guys have doesn't fit this description we may be able to make it work or someone else could use it. Thanks for reading and for any help you guys may be able to provide.
