Champion Reworks. Who's Next?

I know Viktor just had a large rework visually and with his abilities. Now Riot is working on releasing the completely reworked Sion . Next we know Warwick is getting a rework. nothing has really been released but it seems cool.

Now I want to hear from you guys, who do you think need a rework next? I personally think that Vladimir needs a new rework. His Q looks pretty bad now and his ult should be changed to an actual plague like brands where it hits close enemies, instead it would infect them. Otherwise who do you think needs a rework?

There have been hints recently of a Poppy rework, specially after Unicorns of love's use of her. Also there have been hints of a second Yordle getting a new VU by the end of the year.

I heard there is a Darius rework incoming, and they'll also change fiora's ultimate. I think the champ that needs a rework the most is Urgot, and maybe Poppy.
