Fiddlesticks rework ideas
Fiddlesticks has kind of been left behind as the jungle continues to change. His kit is outdated, but doesn't need any huge changes. Maybe something to make him viable without having to buy a jungle item, less rng on his Dark Wind, etc.
Passive: Fiddlesticks in his lore was originally a powerful summoner. This gives him an advantage as a champion. Killing a large monster grants him +30 exp. His cdr is applied to his summoner spells.
Q: Terror: Passive: If Fiddlesticks surprises and enemy by getting within a moderate range (~500) of them before being spotted, they are feared for a short duration(~1 second). Active: Reduce an enemy champions vision radius to a small cone(~450) in the direction they are facing for a moderate duration(~2 seconds)
This breaks up the heavy amount of hard cc that makes it oppressing to play against but keeps the overall feel of it. A potential AoE fear could be a powerful tool if the enemy team positions poorly and allows fiddlesticks to surprise them all at the same time. Similar to Zileans AoE stun but works well with his ult. Don't let Fiddlesticks surprise you while you're all standing next to each other. Boo!
W: Drain: Mostly the same, except after 2 seconds it becomes empowered. After 2 seconds, empowered drain replenishes 3-5% of fiddlesticks max mana and steals a small percent of the enemies max health each second.
Alternative idea for support fiddlesticks. Drain can be cast on allies to heal them at a small health cost to Fiddle.
E: Dark Wind: Fiddlesticks summons a murder of crows to the target location that deals damage to enemies who stand in it and prevents them from using summoner spells.
No more rng! Keeping up with the idea of limiting his harsh amount of CC but keeping the feel, Dark wind doesn't fully silence but instead only prevents enemies from using their summoner spells. This makes it more difficult to flash out of his ult or ignite him or even win that smite war with proper placement but allows for counter play at the same time.
R: Crow Storm. Same ole cawcawcaw.
