Champ selection role.

It happen to me often during last year and this year too, just liek 30 min ago. In a champ selection for rank game when, im still unrank. We had a adc who decided to ask to go mid. My guess was since it took to long either he was afk or looking something on net. But anyways he finaly answer the guys and so "sorry no" it was too late. The adc took a mid champ. So when it was the turn of the real mid, he also took a mid champ. That made me think...

So riot will it be possible in rank only if someone get adc, mid, top, jgl, supp. He could only chose champ from that pool of champions so that thing wouldnt happen.

Cause really losing LP because kids are too selfish and stuburns nowadays. Not like ima take the chance to see if we can win, cause if we lose ima lose more LP that i work hard to get it. So that being said today i had to dodge a queue by the end of it apparently i lost 3 lp. I dont know if i can get it back but would be fun.

On that peace

On Riot limiting champions by role, look to Mordekaiser: his rework was meant to make him a bot laner, by Riot's admission.

The reason they don't want to limit the champions by their kit is twofold:

  • First, they don't want people to fee like it's against the rules to take a champion anywhere...even if it's not wise it's not a rule violation if, as an example, I wanted to play ADC Lissandra (which, in case you were wondering, is actually viable if you go rageblade/nashors then build full AD from there, but has an atrocious fall off if you get to late game since none of her abilities scale with AD...similar to AD Fate, actually. :P) This leads in a lot to the second point...

  • What is a meta? It's what people find to be the most efficient way of doing things...it's not the only way. A lot of people seem to believe that the pros decide the meta, or that Riot designs the meta...but look at the beta and season 1, where the meta was literally "5 AD shove it down lane." Then someone determined that tanks could stop sieges, and burst mages could just nuke anyone who wasn't a tank. The concept of a jungler wasn't even popular til close to halfway through season 2. It wasn't ADC/Support bot until after junglers started murdering ADC mids and people determined that they should send their burst damage instead of their sustained damage with their support in case of danger, since the burst mages could handle themselves by just nuking someone and walking away...I could go on, but point is, the meta shift isn't possible without ingenuity...and ingenuity isn't possible if Riot attempts to lock in specifics to an area. My personal counter to mobile assassins, for example, are AP bruisers

I'll also lead in to say the famous last words "Every game is winnable" Someone went 0/58 with Janna and won the game. Why? Because after all that intense feeding, the shutdown gold the rest of their team got was more than the gold Janna could DREAM of giving them. Two mages do not lose a game. Two mages sitting in chat flaming each other all game and completely demoralizing the rest of their team can...but if more people played the game and just stfu instead of trying to assign blame for the loss before the game is decided, it'd be a lot easier to notice the game was lost because of bad attitudes to things more than it was lost by bad matchups or bad decisions...to a point.
