Chromas in team builder
I got the Chroma for Lucian, but I can't seem to select it in Team builder. Has anyone else had this problem?

You can't, yet. They said in the post that the ability to use it in team builder isn't available yet.
Go into custom game lock in your champ pick the chroma you want then quit before the game starts and you should have the chroma in the next team builder game.
