I love the new Ashe skin riot. I think it can become better with black arrows or a color to match the skin. Almost every Ashe skin has the arrows change colors. It's like a custom for her arrows to change with each skin. The skin is well made and looks amazing but I think it would look more amazing with black arrows. Please respond with what you think of the idea riot. Others also tell me what you think of the idea. Thank you

You're correct in that an older Ashe skin has particles. However, beginning in 2013, we created a more clear set of guidelines for skin tiers, and the kinds of changes a skin would be receiving. You can find out more about the skin tiers here.
Well, this may just be the first time that Riot ever gets me to buy a skin bundle, if they release Ashe/Sivir/Nautilus/Warwick all at once.

Not to be rude but I watched the teaser for the sivir skin and her auto attack and abilities changed with the skin and I don't mean to be rude check if you want but I seems ashe would need something like that too with her old arrow coloring way
I was really looking forward to this skin, but now I don't think I'm going to bother with it. this just seems like the team/person that did the skin half arsed it. even by riots skin tier the pricing doesn't make sense...queen ashe is still 975 and so is amethyst ashe.... but marauder ashe which is essentially a model change is 750........ I would have gladly paid the 225 extra for some new particles or even if it was 1350. this skin is an amazing concept completely wasted away for no real reason ashe has 5 skins that don't give her theme or particles any real change "the ult on heartseeker is whatever" she doesn't really need another cheap remodel but what ever, its not like there's a ton of community feed back about the the particles clashing with the skin. I enjoy ashe and have all her skins cept for queen ashe, this one was very disappointing even more so because a simple recolor on particles could have made it amazing and made riot more money but who cares about making a better product and making more from it, and I'm not saying riot doesn't know how to business they have an amazing business model but sometimes they let s**t like this slip through the cracks.
