Preface
The purpose of the stick man is to be a very simple champion. When imagining buhm, think of a monk in a robe with a long thicc stick. He would most likely be played as a top laner.

Passive: Master of Stick
Buhm only uses abilities and does not auto attack.
Buhm has a 30% chance to Parry enemy champion melee attacks negating the damage dealt to him.

Buhm throws a smaller stick in target direction dealing 50/90/130/170/210 +100% Total AD Physical damage.
E: Lunge with Stick

Buhm dashes in target direction stopping at the first enemy champion or monster hit and dealing 20/40/60/80/100 +100% Total AD Physical Damage and striking a body part. The body part striken is random and deals an additional effect based on what part was hit.
Leg:(35%) Affected Champion is slowed by 15/20/25/30/35% for 2 Seconds Arm:(35%) Affected Champion deals 5/10/15/20/25% Less Damage for 1/1.5/2/2.5/3 Seconds Vital:(15%) Affected champion Bleeds out for 3 Seconds taking 20/40/60/80/100 +30% AP Magic Damage Per Second. Head:(15%) Affected Champion is stunned for 1 second. For 3 seconds after the target is stunned, that champion's skillshots will swerve slightly in a random direction when fired.
An indicator will appear above the affected champion's head displaying what effect they were given.

Buhm gains the ability to auto attack and his abilities gain additional effects:
Passive: Master of Stick: Buhm has a 40/45/50% chance to parry melee auto attacks
Q: Hit with Stick: This ability shreds target champion's armor by 10/15/20% for 3 seconds when hit. Capped at 2 stacks.
W: Throw Stick: This ability deals bonus physical damage equal to 5/7/10% of the target's missing HP.
E: Lunge with Stick: Body part percentages are shifted: Leg: (25%) Arm (25%) Vital: (25%) Head: (25%)
