Jinx's mom: Champion concept

Okay so i'm a fan of champion relationships and i think it has been too long since we have seen a blood relation. correct me if i'm mistaken, but there has yet to be a parent/child relation yet and only a few hand picked champs could work with this. I chose jinx because i think the relationship she could have with her mom would be just what we need. let me explain my thought for their relationship.

We all know jinx is batshit crazy. In one of her quotes she says "You think I'm crazy? You should see my sister!". This got me thinking about where her sister actually is. This is where i think her sister should be in a mental asylum sent there by, you guessed it, their mom. She clearly knows that her daughters are crazy killers. Maybe jinx was the younger sibling and was not showing any severe mental disorders when she was young so her parents didn't think too much about it. (jinx knew that she was "crazy" at this point) When she saw her sister get dragged off to the mental asylum she knew deep down she was next. So when the time was right, Or when she noticed her parents witnessing her do something psychotic, she escaped out into the world. So it is believed that jinx originates from zaun which is right next to piltover. Jinx might be crazy, but she knew if her parents ever came looking for her, they wouldn't think to look at the city right next to them first so she had time to spare.

Now this is where two possible outcomes could arise. This first one would be that her mom actually ventured out into the world in search for her to capture jinx. Her abilities could be from visiting all these different parts of runeterra and picking up different skills to capture jinx like having a mix of both magic and machine.

For the second one her parents could have been weaponsmiths (This would explain where jinx got her guns from also) originally from piltover, but then moved to zaun to start their business. Instead of venturing out into the world, maybe news of the piltover terrorist made it to zaun and her mom knew it was jinx. So instead of just going straight there, she instead spent her time creating this huge array of weapons (abilities) to subdue her daughter.

This kind of champion would have a motherly determination personality (sweet hearted but tough) because she feels it is her fault that she did not do anything sooner and now piltover is paying for her choices and she thinks it is up to her to stop it. Maybe she can also have some relation to vi and cait?

Both instances above is all about single target capture so i think it would be perfect for a support or jungler(why not both).
