My Ao shin Idea

Ao shin- The Elemental Wind Dragon of Old Passive- The might of the wind- Ao shin gets 30% movement speed when going towards an enemy that is knock up. All cool downs lose 3/4/5 seconds when enemy is knock up too. Q- Wind Roar- Mana 55/65/75/85/95- Deals 80/90/100/110/120 plus (.15/.20/.25/.30 /.35 ap) (.10/.15/.20/.25/.30 ad) damage. Ao shin roars out a mighty gust of wind (skill shot or cone?) that slows enemies by 10%/15%/20%/25%/25%. If an enemy is already 50% slowed (or slower that you by a %) the enemy is knock up for .5/1/1.5 seconds. Cool down 6/5/4/3/2 seconds W- Storm Claw passive- every third (or fourth?) auto attack shots of a skill shot that does auto attack damage plus (.30/.35/.40/.45/.50 ap) damage. Slows for 5%/10%/15%/20%/20% Active- Mana 90/95/100/105/110- next auto attack deals 100/115/130/145/160 plus (.15/.20/.25/.30/.35 ad) and slows the enemy by 20%/20%/25%/25%/30%. Cool down 10/9/8/7/5 seconds. (Passive for w can’t be use if on cool down) E- Soaring Dragon- Mana 100/115/130/145/160- Ao shin leaps to a target area (range?) dealing 100/125/150/175/200 plus (.10/.15/.15/.20/.20 ap) (.10/.15/.20/.25/.25 ad) a 1 second delay of movement after landing. Slows enemies in the area by 15%/15%/15%/15%/15% (maybe take off the slow).Cool down 20/18/16/14/12 R-Raging Winds – Mana 100/150/200- Deals 80/120/180 plus (.15/.20/.25 ap) (.20/.25/.30 ad) (damage over time in the tornado).Ao Shin starts moving in a circle (channeling time) and becoming a tornado. Ao shin loses half of his movement speed (passive the might of the wind still works) and gains 10/15/20 magic resist and armor. Ao shin can be targeted as a tornado, but the tornado will not stop until it is done (like Zac’s ult in this matter).Ao shin cannot use his other moves except his e, soaring dragon, while in this form. The tornado will last for 5/7/10 seconds, but gains a second for each enemy knock up. Cool down 100/75/50 seconds. (How big should his tornado form be?)
