So my friends and I like to work on champion concepts for fun but we've never posted one before. I took a break from league for a while and when I came back, much to my surprise, there was a new champion announced that sounded very close to a concept we had designed. Before it's too late and the champion is released I'd like to throw our ideas in the ring for what that champion's concept space could be filled with. A link to the teaser in question is below under "Never turn your back on the sea" https://nexus.leagueoflegends.com/en-us/2018/04/champion-roadmap-april-2018/

Kal'Guun, Alure of the Void Tank, Support

**Passive "esca lure": ** Kal'Guun has a bright light sticking from his head that attracts enemies to him. Facing the light while within 200 units of Kal'Guun's lure causes enemies to gain stacks of esca (1 per 0.5 seconds). At 4 stacks of esca the enemy becomes charmed and slowed for (1.5/2/2.5) seconds at levels (1/7/13) and will move passively towards the lure's location. Kal'Guun deals more damage to targets charmed by him. Targets can not be charmed more than once every 20/15/10 seconds at (1/7/13).

Q "Hook": On initial cast, Kal'Guun launches the lure to a target location. for 5 seconds after the initial cast, you can recast the Q to move the lure like a slow moving pet if an enemy becomes charmed the lure can move much faster. Casting Hook does not break Kal'Guun's camouflage.

**W "Line": ** Increases the speed of enemies and allies moving toward Kal'Guun and reduces the speed of enemies moving away. Charmed targets gain the speed boost from farther away.

**E "Terror from below": ** On cast Kal'Guun becomes camouflaged and his movement speed is reduced by (40/35/30/25/20)% if an enemy champion enters Kal'Guun's camouflage range Kal'Guun gains bonus armor, magic resist and movement speed and breaks his camouflage.

R "Sinker": Roots both him and a target enemy in melee range and grants Kal'Guun a shield based on (10/15/20)% of his max HP. Kal'Guun also gains (40/50/60)% attack speed for 3 seconds. If Kal'Guun takes damage to his HP the root ends on both Kal'Guun and the enemy.

Lore: Kal’Guun is a fearsome void-spawn monstrosity stalking the shores of Bilgewater. This monstrosity takes the appearance of a common angler fish found only in the deepest parts of Runeterra’s oceans, if only it were just a common fish, however, the void is known for the endless hunger their natives exhibit and the beast known as Kal’Guun is no different than its’ counterparts. Using the light on its’ head, it imitates the brightness of the lighthouses surrounding the shoreline. Woe betide the day a sailor is fooled by this bright light, for this beacon of hope only heralds the end of days.

Quotes: “Take solace in the light, it will be the last thing you see” Taunting nami--> "You want some light? Fishes love light" Taunting leona->"Who's light do they really follow?" Taunting an ally-> "Think me a friend? Step closer.." Taunting Kha'zix-> "Don't worry little bug, not all lights will shock you" Taunting Tahm Kench-> "When you savor the misery, you leave scraps!" Taunting Diana-> "You think the moon controls the tides? How quaint"

=================================================================================================================== The numbers are obviously up for debate as I'm not sure how he would play out in the real game but that's why it's a concept :p Credit to: "Command Protec" and "I Got Jax Pain" for concept and balancing "BlackStarGamer3" for lore and quotes "Aurelìon Salt" for concept art

Did u kno that Ahri's Charm used to not slow enemies upon hitting them? It would have them walk at normal speed toward Ahri, and Ahri would just have them walk into her turret or allies, and if they had any MS buffs that would be even worse. So they changed it to a slow and a "walk toward target"

Are you sure that speeding enemies up is healthy knowing this?

Because W is just an extension of his Q which is an extension of his passive it makes him more one dimensional and binary than he could be, i think you can go deeper and make a new ability.

R is interesting...but its doesn't match the rest of his kit. It doesn't appear that he was built as an AA'er, but as a support or supportive jg, nothing about him says "I AA alot" or "I deal a lot of dmg with AA" instead it seems like he would rely on his abilities to deal with opponents. So what is he?
