At the start of the event, I only had two champions unlocked, so I didn't meet the "Have at least 10 skins available" requirement.
However, just today I saved up enough for my third champion, and I was wondering if it's still possible to get the free skin?
I've had no restrictions of any kind, so that's not a concern.
There has to be ten skins you don't own, not available. You are good :D
Yeah, the thing is some skins that are being given out aren't shown as available when you look at the champion tab in game. I keep hearing people are getting anything from basic skins to ultimate skins to legacy skins, as well as some completely discontinued skins like Noxus Poppy. The real question if you are such a new player is when did you start playing? They are only giving them out to players who went all of 2014 without getting a restriction, so if you started after new years, you may not be able to get one. I don't know exactly how they are doing it though.
