If chromas become a thing that would be cool but It would be a good idea to make individual chroma skins. Like if I want only one of the colors in the chroma pack why waste more of my rp and get two others that I'm never gonna use? Since its like 590 for a pack of three it should be like 196 rp for an individul. I don't know if riot will do this or not but this is just a thought. Feel free to think differently.

I agree completely. Riot doesn't force us to buy skins in packs of 3, so why are they doing this for chromas?
Why not have them be rewards? Hey you play this champion a lot. You have won 100 games. Have a new color...Whats that 250 wins here is another color. Congrats on winning 500 games with that champion here is a third color. Amazing you have won 1000 games with this one champion. Here is a Chromo-Wheel. Using a system like "Trials Fusion" Turn the wheel to change the color to anything your heart desires.
