Why do we fight?

In the end it all comes down to choice.

What would happen if Riot created a champion that was able to heal and prevent damage for BOTH teams? If the player was skilled enough, he could buy the teams enough time to understand that we don't have to kill each other; that together we are stronger than we could ever imagine. If there is balance, then there is no reason to try to destroy; for neither side could ever defeat one another. What would life be like after that? Infinite progress? No fear? Love and happiness?

Peace? Some play the game for battle. In that case perhaps we could have...

Game mode: Void vs Runeterra - Void entities begin to overrun the world and you must team up to defend it, or choose to play a void character and create a new world ruled by void entities. Could use an entirely new map, or be played on existing ones.

Game mode: Everybody gets one - Players only have one life, so the tactical game play will skyrocket. Imagine the feeling of fear walking around a corner, with no wards to light your way, and fog of war existing at all times except for your line of sight. Some matches would be over quick, but imagine some of the others that take longer; where players will methodically hunt each other down until only one is left. Players are free to form alliances but friendly fire is possible, and in the end betrayal could strike at any moment. Could provide optional team variant with no friendly fire.

Game Mode: Colosseum - Survival type game play similar to that of Xin Xao's lore. The strongest continue to get stronger, and only by working together can the others hope to defeat them. Do factions continue to protect their "king" or will there be betrayal so that someone else can hold the power.
