Pisek, the Sand Demon

Position: Mage or unconventional support


Lore

Pisek was a crypt robber for many years but his laziness got the best of him eventually. He used to be the best there was in Runeterra. He would get past the hardest traps that had been laid for intruders trying to steal all the treasures that was buried so deep in the sand. He eventually made enough money to just live a life on the beach next to the surf and drink till he passed out then do it again the next day.

But one day he caught word of a new crypt that was found and it was holding the greatest treasures imaginable, but there was one that was said to give you the gift of the god. He knew then that he had to raid one more crypt for that very treasure. He packed up his bags and headed into the desert. The crypt had traps that he had never encountered before and being out of practice had really dulled his skills. Whatever was down there had better be worth it. Pisek spent days in that crypt running in circles. He was starting to run low on rations and if he didn't get what he came here for he would have to leave and come back at the risk of someone else claiming the treasure for their own.

On his last day he found a secret passage that had been hidden and it lead him right to the treasure room. It was glorious and all his now. On a pedestal he saw the scarab necklace that would give him powers of the gods. He snatched it up and put it around his neck. The amulet glowed and then the necklace tightened around his neck. It was choking him. He could feel an evil energy surging through his body and the room was covered in a blood red as the necklace glowed brighter. His blood turned black and his eyes became that like a cats. This scarab necklace was a lie and had turned him into a sand devil.

Abilities

Passive: Greed: Being a thief has taught Pisek how to move quickly and get as much gold as possible so whenever a friendly minion is killed by an enemy champion within a 1900-range of Pisek, he steals 2 gold from that minion kill. Only works when he is in vision of the enemy.(standing in an unwarded bush will not grant him gold even if he can see them.)

Q: Corrode: ACTIVE: Pisek throws a ball of sand out that gets caught in the wind and afflicts a 200-radius area for 2 seconds and blinds anyone hit for 1.5 seconds.

R: Inner Demons TOGGLE: Pisek transforms himself into a Sand Demon, gaining a new set of abilities, 15 movement speed, and bonus attack speed. Pisek loses 400 range while using this ability (effective range of 125.) Whenever Pisek uses Inner Demons he becomes invulnerable for .5 seconds but can't move. Pisek starts with a point in Inner Demons and can level it up at 6/11/16 respectively.

Appearance

He stands at about 5'6" tall. Green eye color. Strong jaw line and flat chin. All his clothes are made out of a light cloth material so that they don't hold in heat. They are all a shades of light brown to a dirty white. His skin is tanned and his hair a dark brown. Has no facial hair. He wears a loose tee-shirt with a long sleeve shirt under and bandages wrap around his hand. A scarf around his neck that's not pulled up but looks like he could also use it for a hood. His pants are loose but a tight cloth is wrapped around the ankle part of his pants to stop sand from getting in as well as the same material cloth tied around his waist where it covers the bottom of his shirt and top of his pants to prevent sand from getting in. He doesn't wear shoes but instead has the cloth that wrapped around his ankles continue down and cover his feet. A sack can be found on his side that has water in it for drinking and another smaller pouch for caring coins.


Some Math for for his passive and clarification on how much it would generate for him.

Minion waves spawn every 30 seconds (6 minions) Minion waves with siege cannon minion spawn every 3 waves (7 minions) Minion waves spawn AFTER 1 minute and 30 seconds into the game (1.5 minutes)

1.5 minutes = 3 waves, thus 10 minutes normally = 20 waves (-3) = 17 total waves Out of the 20 waves, there are 6 waves that contain 7 minions (waves 3,6,9,12,15,18) However, wave 3 is gone because it doesn't exist (minions spawn at 1.5 minutes in) -> Waves 1, 2, and 3 are gone

20 waves (total) - 6 waves (7 minions) = 14 waves (6 minions) 14 waves (6 minions) - 2 waves (first minute of game) = 12 waves with 6 minions 6 waves (7 minions) - 1 wave (last half minute of 1.5 minutes of game) = 5 waves with 7 minions

Result - 10 minutes = (12 waves x 6 minions)+(5 waves x 7 minions) = 72+35 = 107 farm (minions)

So in 10 minutes, the max amount of farm you can achieve is 107.

So if Pisek was there for the first 10 minutes and they didn't miss any farm he would have stolen 214 gold from them out of 2,260 possible gold which would leave them at 2,046g just from minions and not counting passive gold generation items.

I can already tell 70% Ap Scaling on every third basic attack would be a bit OP I mean comeone most mages can hit about 800-900AP so about 560-630 basic attacks. Reconsider it down to 30-50%. Also not sure if you said +120% or +120 but if it was 120% that would be a big nono because he would quickly become one of the best AP assassins for picking off single targets in the game but +120 is a nice addition for early game picks. On the E either raise the CDR drastically or drop the Scaling +140% scaling in a team fight around the mid game would melt teams. Basing off my 800-900AP at end game full build well say 400-450AP Mid game. 560-630 over ten seconds which then unless you plan to start the cd as soon as the active wears off it will be up once you hit it to lvl 3 and lvl 5 you can start to stack them on top of eachother. And then with cdr 4.8 second cd with a max 40% cooldown. Balance out this champion and he could become a really safe but balanced pick and maybe riot will accept it on to the rift.

That gold-steal ability is quite powerful at a rate of 10% gold-steal. Maybe lower that a little bit or make it so he only generates it.

I do not care about what is canon. Why is he joining the league?
