The skin overall is fantastic and sets a very high bar for future Legendary skins. However, the "Q" button on his glove in the splash art is wrong, as the letter's tail should be pointing towards the W. Wouldn't take much time to correct; someone could do it during their lunch-break and have time to finish their sandwich and chat.

I know it's a necro-post, but I'll just respond to this one since the Arcade skins are back in the limelight with all this hype and other nonsense going on with the release of a pair of new Arcade skins.
The splash art error you're referring to was brought up when that Veigar skin was on the PBE, and it was brought up again a year ago once the skin was released with the incorrect splash still being used, and it's still not fixed as can be seen by the Final Boss Veigar splash art desktop background you can download today.
Just thought I would mention it's been wrong for a very long time and likely won't be getting fixed.
