Artic Ops Yasuo

Im thinking Yasuo in heavier armor(cloth from a animal) but still with his "free flowing style" and have a icey tornado with ice blue blade. His dash could leave an icey trail for a second. Also his ult could form a blizzard in the area around him for effect. And his passive could be flowing water and when full it turns to ice. Also yasuo could have some extra gadgets at his side like varus does and make it look like he is on a mission. I do think this idea will look amazing just like how artic ops varus is. Im thinking he needs more skins even though he is a newer champion.
