---------------------------------------------------------------------------------Piru, the Raptor Tamer---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- For some girls, diamonds are their best friends. For me, it's a gigantic dino-bird!

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Lore-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Ever since a young age, Piru has had some minor difficulties creating bonds with other yordles. For some reason unknown to her, friendships with her fellow kind seemed to feel empty and hollow. This continued for some time, the young yordle girl living in a constant state of loneliness, even when completely surrounded by those she felt were her friends. Due to these feelings, she was motivated to set out on an adventure, to go and meet different races in Runeterra in order to find somewhere she truly belonged. She started a long trek from where she once called home, wandering aimlessly with nothing more than the leather armour upon her back and a crude whip, her family heirloom, said to have been crafted from the skin of a dragon and enchanted with a magic most fearsome. To Piru, however, it was one thing and one thing only: A whip.

Trekking onwards, she traveled for days, living off of the land and bathing in rivers and streams when the occasion arose. Needless to say, the yordle was far from clean when she had reached the first stop of her journey; a small, overlooked village of humans. Upon inquiring of her current location with one of the locals, she was told that she had reached the town of Riversbend, a remote community that kept to itself with a population less than one-hundred. Having been mistaken for a small, human child, Piru was given food, water and shelter for some days, allowing her to better understand how human societies worked.

Things were better here than with her kin, but still, she felt something missing from her interactions, something that drove her to keep searching until she could finally rest easily. Once again, she set off into the wilderness, not knowing just how long it would take for her to find her true home. One night during her travels, she had stopped to make a camp site, fire roaring wildly in front of her to stave off the cold. Just as she began to drift into slumber, a noise caught her attention, prompting her to spring to her feet, ready to defend herself. Slowly, a raptor emerged from behind a bush, looking at the yordle with a gaze of curiosity. To Piru's surprise, there was no hostility in its movements, it was completely docile as it approached, gazing at her, then to the fire, and finally back to her once more.

Despite her instincts to lash out at the raptor, she slowly reached for her bag, pulling a small pouch of berries from within to reveal to the raptor. Slowly, without taking her eyes off of the large avian, she placed a small handful of the berries onto the ground in front of it. The beast wasted no time in devouring the food, stirring a grin to form across Piru's lips. Over the next few days, the raptor continued to follow her, and she continued to feed him, eventually coming to name him Beakswell.

To Piru's surprise, she had realized that she had no real reason to continue her journey. She had found a true friend, despite his inability to speak, and she finally felt like she belonged. Instead of moving onwards, she built a new home with the help of the village of Riversbend, pledging to protect them should they ever have need of her services. Her home wasn't large or glamorous, but she didn't need anything fancy to live a comfortable life. All she needed were Beakswell and his friends, the quiet babbling of the river, and the various bounties that the land had to offer her.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Abilities--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

P -- Raptor Tamer

Raptors killed with Crack of the Whip are tamed, and will strengthen skills based off of the number of tamed raptors.

Q -- Crack of the Whip Cooldown: 5 / 4 / 3 / 2.5 / 2 Mana Cost: 25 / 30 / 45 / 50 / 60 Deals 15 / 25 / 45 / 70 / 100 damage + AP. Deals double damage to raptors.

Piru lashes her whip forwards, striking the first enemy that crosses its path. Targets hit by Crack of the Whip bleed for 1% of their current health per second for .5 / 1 / 1.5 / 2 / 3 seconds. Being hit by a second Crack of the Whip will deal the damage that would have been dealt by the bleed instantly, before starting a new stack of bleed.
Raptor Tamer effect: Each stack of Raptor Tamer adds .25% of targets current health per second to the bleed effect.

W -- Fearless Charge Cooldown: 12 / 11 / 10 / 8 / 6 Mana Cost: 40 / 50 / 60 / 70 / 80 Deals 25 / 50 / 75 / 100 / 125 damage + 50% AP. Displaces enemies.

Piru dashes in the direction of the cursor, moving through units and displacing them in the process. This deals no damage, but gives Piru 10% bonus move speed for 1 / 1.5 / 2 / 2.5 / 3 seconds. During this time, Piru regenerates up to 35% of her maximum health over 5 seconds depending on how low her HP is. Must be at 10% maximum HP to get the full 35% with a minimum of 5% gained.
Recast: Piru sends her pet Beakswell charging in the direction of the cursor, knocking the first three enemies he hits airborne.
Raptor Tamer effect: Increases the limit on your current health by 5% per stack of Raptor Tamer. Example: At 3 stacks of Raptor Tamer, Piru’s health can be at 25% or less to receive the full 35%.

E -- Death from Above Cooldown: 18 / 16 / 15 / 13 / 12 Mana Cost: 45 / 55 / 70 / 80 / 95 Deals 50 / 70 / 90 / 120 / 150 damage + AP. Slows enemies.

Beakswell can jump from his current position to another target location. After a .5 second delay, he craters from the air into the ground, dealing damage and slowing enemies close to the center of the crater. After recovering from the landing, Beakswell will proceed to attack the closest enemy within a larger radius for 5 seconds.
Raptor Tamer effect: Each stack of Raptor Tamer adds .5 seconds to the duration of this ability, as well as increases Beakswell’s attack speed by 5 per stack.

R -- Feathered Frenzy Cooldown: 200 / 175 / 150 Mana Cost: 200 / 250 / 375 Deals 300 / 500 / 700 damage + AP. Stuns/Slows enemies.

Piru blows on a whistle, assembling all of the Raptors she has tamed so far. Beakswell leads the first wave, charging forward to damage and stun enemies for 2 seconds. After the first wave, an additional wave of raptors charge for every 5 stacks of Raptor Tamer Piru has collected over 5. (10 stacks = 1 extra wave, 15 = 2 extra waves, etc.) Waves after the initial wave deal 10% less damage per wave and slow enemy movement instead of stunning them. Passive: While Feathered Frenzy is on cooldown, the allied raptor nest respawns three times as quickly. (Nests will only respawn with one large raptor and two small raptors, each of with are only worth ½ the normal gold.)

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------Potential Item Builds-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Pure Offense Jungler summoner 4 summoner 11 item 1414 item 3115 item 3100 item 3040 item 3151 item 3020

The combination of Nashor's Tooth and Lich Bane would make for powerful Auto Attacks between ability casts, while the rest of this build would allow for a high damage output.

Pure AP Midlaner summoner 4 summoner 14 item 3151 item 3100 item 3165 item 3089 item 3048 item 3020 Although much better as a jungler, Piru could easily be played as a midlaner with the easy access to the raptor nest. The key problem with laning as Piru is the fact that your jungler will have one less source of CS.
