Team Compositions Spreadsheet for Teams
Hello fellow Summoners!
I would like to introduce my baby to you which I created after watching this video from Randomonium and which I am really proud of :). He made a spreadsheet like this on his own, but my version is a liiiiitle bit smarter.
What does this spreadsheet contain?
- Database of all champions ordered in subclasses (manually updatable, will not be printed)
- Chart of strong champions in current meta (manually updatable)
- Champion pool of every team member (manually updatable)
- Charts for the 5 types of team compositions containing good subclass picks for every lane in that specific team composition
- The best part: Whenever filling a cell with a champion name (e.g. when filling out your champ pool), the background color of that cell will automatically change to the color of the champion's subclass (for example assassin - red; warden - dark green; artillery mage - light purple)
How does this work and how does my team profit from using this?
- Whenever playing Flex, custom 5v5s, tournaments, take a look at the team comp charts and define what team composition the enemy team is going for in draft.
-
After defining 2 possible team comps the enemy team could go for (for example WW + Kai' Sa are both good in Attack and Catch compositions), you can see which team comps counter those (also contained in the spreadsheet) -
Pick flexible based on which subclasses would fit in both team compositions that counter the enemy team composition and -
pick champions from your champion pool which belong to one of the subclasses listed in the chart of your desirable team composition (same background color) -
Ban champions that are strong in team comps that counter you -
Win draft
This may sound compicated AF, but it is much better explained in Randomonium's video (1:00:50). Thank you for reading, I hope this could help you! Download Link available, updated for patch 8.20!
Dear informaticians and Calc freaks, I want to add another feature which would be highlighting all the meta champs on the whole sheet. I can't do that because I can't apply more than one style with different conditions to one cell (example: Condition assassin -> background color red; Condition meta -> bold; result: only the first style with its condition fulfilled will be applied to the cell)
Have a nice one,
Atyoz
