Rotating Game Mode: A Blast to the Past

Hi all!

So recently I came up with an idea (I don't know if anyone suggested this or not) for a new game mode. I met a Rioter during a game and asked him if he could suggest the idea, but I want to ask the community itself and possibly other Rioters on their opinion it and whether or not it's even possible.

The idea is pretty basic and indicative on the title. Basically, we would go back to a random season from the past and play it from a certain patch. For example, we could return back to the time when Heart of Gold and Philosopher's Stone still existed, along with Force of Nature. I'm not sure about implementing the current champs on it (some might be broken). I think this could easily draw back a bunch of old players who miss the good old ages of season 1-3 where it was less advanced and more about outplay. Also, it would let newer players feel how old League of Legends is and the differences between each season/era.

P.S. I just really miss season 2 - 3. And mana pots. And spell vamp already. RIP
