New Annie skin

After friends playing, going up against, and spectating matches that Annie has been used in; I have came up with a new skin idea. It is not based around Annie, it is based around Tibers. There is a bit of irony in my skin idea too. I purpose we have a "Smokey The Bear Tibers" skin. Where Tibers looks/resembles Smokey the bear, and Annie would be walking around with a flamethrower or something to that effect

You got it slightly wrong, it would be: Tibbers (smokey) lighting matches while annie puts out the fires kinda like trist...wait a minute why not just do a Firefighter Annie Skin like Tristanas...she needs a partner after all.
