Maximillion Vettel the Master Puppeteer

So i keep thinking about a kick butt champion concept that isnt broken as hell but still one hell of a cc support character but could potentially mid lane similar to lux and i keep coming up with this puppeteer idea the champion that uses a "dummy" Herodotus (could be a dead body pieced together on the shadow isles and used like a marionette) and the so the dummy usually is the one in direct fire (like azhir's soldiers) but only can have the one on the field at a time. his dummy can take hits but isnt free thinking and when it is killed by enemy hits it deals damage to the champ. his q (tangle of strings) an aoe slow or snare w (spirit of the dolls) a stacking on hit effect that deals bonus damage over time to a cap of a few seconds e (masterminder) Herodotus gets moved to a location. the ultimate (Curtain call) could be a cage effect like jarvin or just a flat ap boost that scales. i will say i am only laying a base i know but i will say this no matter where this guy goes i will buy the shit out of this champion and main him if this makes it
