(Champion Concept) Zimron, The Puppet Master.
Puppet master:
Passive: Every ally she’s within range of increases her cc duration by 12.5%
If you die while linked to a target that target takes 20 % of their current HP as Magic damage over 5 seconds
Q: Throw a soul link in a direction, Link only applies to champions and deals 250 Magic damage to minions but does not apply the link. Link to an enemy champion dealing (20-80 magic damage/20% AP scaling)
Targets that are linked to you have 10% reduced armor and Magic resist
W: (Passive) Every ability you cast while linked increases your movespeed by 10% for 3 seconds (Stacking and refreshing)
(Active): bind the linked target to you, causing the target to take damage per second equal to (20-80/20% AP scaling) If broken by moving 900 units away from the target the target gets slowed by 30% increasing to 60% over 2 seconds and has
Grevious wounds applied
E: (Passive) The more allies around you increase your MS by 3% each and if surrounded by 2 or more allies you gain 15% spell vamp
(Active) Force the target to stay within 800 radius for 2 seconds, during this duration autos to the target from allies or yourself deal 4% max hp damage (Can be cleansed) Moving during the duration causes the linked target to be dragged towards with you if they hit the maximum radius.
R: You ready your strings and apply grevious wounds to your linked target for 5 seconds, You apply 1 stack of succumb per .5 seconds for 5 seconds (Each stack inflicts 22-33-44 True damage) The target is slowed by 25% and cannot escape range of succumb (works like E) unless it is cleansed (if cleansed the damage is taken over 10 seconds)during your ult you gain a barrier equal to 50% of your current HP, (100% If below 25% and 250% If below 15% max hp) You gain CC immunity (with the exception of silences) and move 25% faster.
If the target dies before succumb ends with the shield still up you gain it as healing over 3 seconds.
If 8 or more stacks is applied to the target grevious wounds is applied for 15 additional seconds.
Just an idea i had, im not a balancing team so the scaling for abilities could be wayyyyy off for all i know, just thought id throw this up here. :D The initial idea was a CC mage that Gets better scaling and grows in strength when around teammates/Enemies he can leech off, A true Team fight Presence.
