Lore Before they became entities of pure energy “Ava” and “Zola” were son and daughter of two opposing tribes. One tribe following the light with all its warmth and gaudiness and the other worshiping darkness with all its forms and mysteries, living together through centuries the two tribes were once a symbol of harmony and peace, until a certain event occurred. An event connected to a certain “darkin” figure, an incident that caused a fissure between the two tribes leading to their banishment out of “Ionia”. The two tribes kept at their battles until their numbers dramatically decreased, forcing the elders of both tribes to fashion a way for the battle to continue. And so an annual Game was conducted where two selected champions would compete in the name of their tribes. Yet as sound and appropriate this game might seems the truth was different as any two competitors would fight. Both meet their doom for unknown reasons even the elders of both tribes couldn’t solve the mystery. “Ava” and “Zola” were the Young skillful prodigies of their tribes, Fulfilling the expectations and criteria of their masters and mentors with extreme ease. They were fated to a great future, but in fact neither “Ava” nor “Zola” agreed to their tribes’ polices. Afraid of the confrontation both young prodigies secluded themselves in the Cobblestone Mountains most of the time until the day they met each other in their solitude and began to train together. They kept meeting in secret, training and discovering the nature of both their powers noticing that if the two powers were set against each other they would cancel each other while if used jointly they would amplify one another. Amused with their progress and flourishing growth the elders decided to choose them as their champions in the next Annual Game believing that they will end the struggle for good. After hearing the news of selection the tribes celebrated while “Ava” and “Zola” ran to the safety of the cobblestone Mountains. Meeting each other with gloomy faces they understood what lies before them, that afternoon they sat next to each other in silence gazing at the horizon. In the fated day of the game both tribes took their seats waiting for their champions to end the struggle. When “Ava” and “Zola” entered the Arena they were met with the cheers and screams of their tribes. Standing in place for a few minutes staring at one another the two champions said in one voice “the end of this struggle is nigh we shall make you see the false of your ways” each took out a ceremonial dagger and before the elders could react the two prodigies stabbed each other’s heart and fell. The crowed froze in silence looking at the two dead champions. But before anyone could speak two streams of energy flowed from the dead bodies, Taking shape with every second until two entities of pure energy were formed. Then a thundering voice with a vague origin said “for centuries our tribes had to endure the suffering fate bestowed by our ancestors. We fought each other and killed our tribesmen for the sake of unknown reasons. We shall end this struggle, unite the two tribes and set forth to a new future. Unable to part from one another also unable to touch each other “Ava” and “Zola” dance to balance themselves and lead their now one united tribe through participating in the League as an eternal prove that the once two nemesis tribes can live with each other in harmony and peace.

So from what I can see from this lore is that you can make this a dual champion. You can have their ultimate be where they switch or you can be aiming at having control at both of them at the same time.Honestly I would like to see having control on them at the same time. They share one hp bar and mana/energy bar.If one takes damage it hurts the both of them. Will definitely be something interesting to see.

Reminds me of the ice climbers for sure. Could be a really cool idea if you did it right.

If you were going to make a champ that is two characters, you need to figure out how to swap between them and how damage works it you hit either of them.

The easiest way to do this is just to have them be one champion unit (I played with the idea of having one dancer acts like Orianna's ball or Zeds shadows where they are non-target-able and a point where abilities are launched from and having the dancers be apart but dancers should be closely linked)

With two dancers however the ability to switch which character you are controlling is important as thats what they are based off of. Have say your R switch characters, and have different move lists for the two different dancers, sort of like how Nid and Elise can swap move sets.

Basically I'd like to see the dancers be used as such, Assassin style game play, melee champion where fast mechanical skill is required to control them, with swapping back and forth between the two quickly chaining their different moves together being a priority.

So unlike with other move set changing champs (Elise, Nid, Jayce) you chain your combos well switching (i/e Q>R>Q>R>W>E>R>E>W as a full combo) Cause every other champ just stays in one form waiting till the other is usefull you never change on the fly which is a niche I think this champ could fill.
