BEFORE READING: I am not an expert on League of Legends lore, nor am I an expert on balancing and Champion creation. This Champion was made for fun, so please don't scrutinize or insult my work, however constructive criticism is appreciated! This is still a work in progress and is nowhere near what I would consider complete. Thank you!

Sazara Owen M

The Matador Ranged Support

Starts with 72 Attack damage 340 Movement Speed 7 Health Regen(.5 per level) 650 Health(+90 per level)

Passive : For every 3 Apuntillars landed, you gain a stack. Every 3 stacks you are given a fourth Apuntillar that deals less damage but travels faster

Q - Charm the Crowd - Sazara becomes untargatable for .75 seconds while in a state of confidence, increasing his attack speed by 10% for 3 seconds W - Apuntillar - Press W - Throws a single dagger out, slowing the target and lessening their vision for 10 seconds W - Apuntillar - Hold W - Sazara throws 3 daggers in succession in a line, prioritizing champions, dealing damage (20/+25/+40/+60/+100 if all 3 land, Sazara and team will have vision on enemy for 6 seconds E - Dust Kick- Throws down a trail of dust that camouflages ally champions and increases movement speed by +5/+8/+12/+16/+20 R - Reveal Thorne- Sazara channels and reveals his cape, champions caught in zone are lured towards Sazara and slowed by 50% for 2.5 seconds

Lore: Deep in the heart of Noxus, the sport of violence and fighting stems from the heart of Noxians themselves. Many citizens poor, or rich, melt into a singular crowd in the southeast quarter. The crowds gathered here surpass even those of Draven’s exploits. The charm, the style and finesse of the man in the ring, is enough to make the crowd go mad. Sazara, the name itself is enough to draw attention to someone if spoken in a crowd. His legendary Cape, “Thorne” always on his back, is said to be his greatest weapon, combined with his fanatical pursuit of the grandest show.

I like the idea, would love to see a bit more matador+cape stuff though

Maybe a lasso or a whip? (I'm an american so I think of bullfights and cowboy stuff jumps in my head)

Hey there! I think I handled your ticket. Good to see your concept here!

That said, let's dig in!

His legendary Cape, “Thorne” always on his back, is said to be his greatest weapon, combined with his fanatical pursuit of the grandest show.

For not knowing League lore well you still made this pretty awesome. I like the idea of a daring matador being placed in Noxus, where he can show off his strength and skill. That said, you should be careful about making champions that take away from existing champions -- in this case the fame and showmanship of Draven is lessened by your character's mere existence, so you might want to pivot from "draws more attention than Draven" to something like "the greatest Noxian entertainment outside of the gladiatorial arena." It goes from "he's more famous than Draven" to "he's an equally beloved hero and they simply work in other spaces -- one in death and violence in the arena of combat, the other in entertainment for the masses."

So I'll start with a fairly minor point -- normally, in League, your spammable ability is on your Q. I'd recommend swapping the Q and W here so the Q becomes your dagger toss and your W becomes your defensive / AS steroid.

Apuntillar is very straightforward, but functional. It has a few issues though -- it applies a huge (and frustrating) vision denial, and, as written, you always want to hold it for more damage. I might recommend this:

Apuntillar - [Q]

Sazara stores stacks of Apuntillar, up to a maximum of four.

Casting this ability consumes a stack and throws out a dagger in a line, damaging all targets struck. If it strikes an enemy champion it stops, applying a stack of Perforated. A champion who has three stacks of Perforated loses all stacks, takes bonus damage, and has their vision reduced for 2.5 seconds.

Auto-attacks against enemy champions reduce the charge cooldown of Apuntillar.

1.0 second static cooldown.

This gives you additional room for a passive (by baking the bonus effects into the ability itself), makes the vision reduction a little less frustrating (as you have to work harder for it and it doesn't last for 10 seconds), and rewards you for skillful play if you're able to strike the same target over and over.

I'm afraid I don't have time to give a full breakdown of the rest of the kit (I'm actually running out the door), but I'd recommend looking at the numbers other champions throw around -- +5 movement speed and 10% attack speed are very small numbers compared to the numbers League normally deals with. :)
